Cons
1. Managers are all Finnish and they do bot treat employees fairly. 2. HR is horrendous. They are mostly middle aged dusty wombed women that are looking for significance on this planet. They give unverified and unjust warnings to employees. They use fear and gaslighting to make employees do as they are told. They ignore survey rests. They are incompetent. They speak english at a sub par level and claim to be “good communicators.” They emotionally abuse employees. They lie. They promised many people raises and salary matrix guidelines that they have changed multiple times over the years. They ignore people education from other countries in order to justify paying employee's minimal salaries. Some employees have been injured during work hours and they have conspired to deny culpability. 3. The amount of misinformation and straight up lies from this employer is incredible. 4. Bluefors fonds it a common practice to hire Narcissist in positions of power.
