      Pros

      Tons of great people to work along side. Uncapped commission is great, you get out of it what you put into it. They truly teach you the art of selling.

      Cons

      You have to push yourself. If you are not working hard, you may get left behind. But if you work hard everyone collaborates extremely well with you.
