Pros

+ They teach this cool Challenger Sales Process. Its amazing with how it works and I think it was the most interesting thing about it + As an employee they give a lot of discounts and services free. It was the best thing I was able to take away from it. + They Don't micro-manage + Free fruits and Veggies + Really laid back + Modern working environment + They give you hosting to try and you can use it to build your own website

Cons

+ Probation period. If you even seem like your not getting it then they will fire you. I didn't know about it until I was fired by one of the managers to not worry about my performance. + Trainers tell you that Bluehost cares about you and they will work with you to make sure you do well and yet they have a probation period they don't tell you about. + If they know you are working with the Training Dept they wont give you the proper time to succeed. + They only want you use the challenger sales process which is bad cause they don't give you time to learn it. + They cut the commissions almost as soon as I got there. They took away all the easy sales from reps. + The environment was depressing because you work with a lot of people that remember how good it used to be before they were bought out. Feels like you started working their too late + If they use their hosting and you get fired they will delete your sites without warning and you have to pay full price to get them restored. + Managers don't communicate with each other + They want you to unlearn what you know about sales. + They don't want you to sell a lot + They don't want you to sell using your personal experience. + They lost the best part of Bluehost, the founder.

Pros

Decent pay if you are a good salesman. I made $7000 per month consistently.

Cons

Once Mike Olsen left the culture became toxic. They started to make all these changes including commission cuts to hurt the sales staff. They are totally corporate now and care more about how many phones you answer then how much you sell. Terrible culture!

Pros

Good base pay, great people to work with, commissions are fairly competitive

Cons

The commissions structure is constantly changing and is rewarding of deceiving practices. Once a stretch goal is reached by one or two people that then becomes the new baseline making it difficult to continue to make the same amount of money each month. Difficult to grow within company.
