Bluehost uses opensource software, so most problems can be solved via google search of a solution has been posted.

Cons

Everything is opensource, and the devs are too busy with new projects to fix anything.

Pros

Decent Pay, free food, game room. Opportunity to learn some new skills. Decent Benefits. Pretty well run company overall.

Cons

Hard to have a future there, when you get promoted you don't get paid that much more money. Don't get all the holidays off. People work all days except Christmas.
