Gratis Relatively easy work load for most of the year Reasonable Hours of operations Access to some great educational resources

Cons

Very disorganized company Full time is considered 30 hours and up and with tight weekly hour budgets good luck making any money Inventory issues that caused customers to be mad at the staff Corporate can make mistakes but you can’t mentality No real process for managers to hold staff accountable for policy’s like time and attendance Higher ups lie about what they hold their teams accountable too Horrible relay of information and communication Goal increases of over 100% over LY at times
