Pay your Aestheticians a decent wage.

Pros

30 % off Discount on products which most spas give at least 40% off

Cons

Need to pay their aestheticians as much as their sales people. This company has lost its posh, nothing upscale about their spa. Old run down and over priced. They need to put some love, focus and $ back into their spa.

No time off, degrading boss, very gossip-y work environment.

Pros

Amazing gratis, good work life balance(at least with my management), Flexible Scheduling(again subjective to management), health and vision benefits if you're full time.

Cons

Business is slow, Upper management is difficult to coordinate with and is horrible at hiring people who care, they cut hours without notice, no commission(which is a pro and con), and no Holiday pay.
