Pros

Great product Great locations Supportive lower level management

Cons

Sometimes communication from the top is inefficient Too many promotions High performance expectations without much support (ie high event goals with no budget for events) The way the goal system is set up for November and December really eliminates a lot of people from being eligible for any bonus despite all the hard work of the holidays

Pros

I love all my coworkers in store. You get pretty decent gratis. The store’s limited hours make a work life balance possible.

Cons

The company sucks. All the higher ups have their heads stuck in their behinds. The goals are made unachievable so the company doesn’t have to pay out commission or bonuses. The number of employees in each store has shrunk by more than half over the last 7 years. When safety concerns were brought up nothing was done.
