Pros

tons of gratis, vendor training, hours are great. only two district managers are competent and knows what they are doing

Cons

everything is old school even the VP, does not obey California labor laws whatsoever! most of the district managers are uneducated with no idea of the beauty industry, very unprofessional and could not orchestrate a proper sentence in recaps, the company itself has no structure it lacks an HR department. The company that is growing so rapidly needs to fix its infrastrcuture and need to train store manangers and associates more.

Pros

Discount is ok. They carry prestige products that are hard to find. Customers are fun. Liked the boutique environment. Events are fun and alcohol is provided.

Cons

Benefits are horrible. Upper management is very clicky. They like to promote from within, if they like you. Computer POS system is old. Managers office is the sales floor, (no back office). All calls needs to be made on the sales floor.
