Pros

This is an exciting and dynamic company to be a part of because we are growing rapidly. This will be my tenth year employed and I have received multiple promotions and ambassador opportunities. In addition to this I have witnessed many of my colleagues advance in their positions. It is an exciting career because we are provided vast product knowledge and invited to give feedback on the newest advancements in the cosmetic industry! Even with all of the expansion in the company we have maintained an open door policy and have great relationships between stores.

Cons

Unable to house every exciting brand the company has to offer due to spacial limitations.

Pros

Good gratis and trainings. My co workers were great and I was able to meet some nice people (not it upper management)

Cons

It's interesting that 3 glowing reviews were written on March 15th and 2 glowing ones were written on March 4th....maybe written by corporate? Because they sound FAKE! Not likely that a company that has terrible reviews would have three amazing ones the same day.... It's not a good place to work, please, don't do it.

Pros

Gratis; exposure to multiple brands which provides a broad product knowledge; relaxed dress code; decent hours for retail.

Cons

Low pay; 1% commission on your sales only if the entire store makes it's goal; poor benefits; expected to sell, do shipment, clean, empty trash, clean bathroom/s, book spa appointments, and service clients while working staff at a skeleton crew to minimize payroll.
