Pros

you get employee discounts including 30 off and 50 off every few months

Cons

If i could rate this company as a negative number i would. This is the worst company to work for hands down. They don't care about you as an employee or as a human. You can't trust upper management at all. You would think it would be better conditions being under Macys but it isnt. You dont get enough hours ever, or you are overworked and underpaid. They have crazy expectations for you to make store goal even though some stores just have really low foot traffic. Managers or upper management will try to drive you out or fire you if you complain about bad working conditions. So many thefts every day, big and small, but no permanent solutions made. Don't expect anyone to call and ask if you are okay. On top of that, entitled customers will make up lies and complain to customer service. You will never be happy or feel at peace working in bluemercury. You will be severely underpaid, and asking for a raise will never be approved. Every bad review written about this company is 100% true. And good reviews are probably written by upper management.
