Pros

The manager was amazing, very understanding and respectful of her employees. Truly knew so much about every product and took the time to explain different products to us

Cons

Upper management very controlling, the district manager would watch tapes and come in and talk to us if we sat down if no one was in the store, also tends to be understaffed so you may be working more than you intend

Pros

Great product Great locations Supportive lower level management

Cons

Sometimes communication from the top is inefficient Too many promotions High performance expectations without much support (ie high event goals with no budget for events) The way the goal system is set up for November and December really eliminates a lot of people from being eligible for any bonus despite all the hard work of the holidays
