Pros

great team members. great gratis and product training. great partnerships with vendors and freelancers. customer interactions are normal and some are long term customers.

Cons

Stop practice of dissolving job opening/postings after 3 interviews with a highly qualified candidate. lack of livable wage posting pay ranges but low balling qualified candidates and employees. low commission percentages bonus rules should allow employees who leave the company with 2 week notices to still be eligible to receive a bonus for all their hard work and labor.
