SO many new benefits & changes

Pros

Ever since the new CEO came onboard, we get notice about new and better benefits all the time! We are making bonus, get paid holidays, extra discounts, and they are listening when we fill out a survey. Getting better all the time.

Great products. Customers love the boutique feel.

Cons

Do not pay associates enough for what they do. Training is horrible. No safety for associates. Don’t invest in their staff.

A lot of gratis great makeup lines

Cons

More so a salon vibes than a business. Management I had at flagship store nyc Was more so into Making friends than being a manager. Extremes favoritism. I was sick before covid shut down when doctors didn’t know what it was and advised me to stay home with a note. They threatened to write me up. Three weeks later it was a shut down.
