Pros

Bluemercury corporate has definitely been improving since the majority of the previous corporate reviews were posted. I think there is a lot of potential for the company to continue to build in brand recognition but I think that Mally has been an incredible addition and she has been a great influence on the strategy and corporate culture. Working for Bluemercury corporate allows you to have a true impact on the business, you work very closely with senior leadership and they notice and value your contributions. Fresh ideas are valued and credit is given where due. Work-life-balance was also very important to the people I worked with and I was very satisfied with my WLB. I think the merchandising transformation over the past two years has been incredible and competitive. I think that Bluemercury is in its renaissance era right now and that this is just the beginning.

Cons

Low opportunity for career advancement even though the teams are small and everyone takes on far more responsibility and ownership than their job description.
