      I got paid on time?? I can’t think of any.

      Cons

      They do not care about you. You can be the most reliable person and one of the hardest workers and you will get the WORST treatment. Managers are unorganized and hired outside the company, require full training from SEASONED staff, underpaid and overworked.

      Will aggressively recruit you from other places

      Will not follow through on their promises, will not help you advance, will not develop you at all, will not even properly train you before tossing you into the field making FAR less than any of the surrounding restaurants pay their general managers.
