Pros

- Everyone is there to help. Most open DM atmosphere I've ever seen - Relatively new codebase, easy to get into - Workplace events and free food - Dog-friendly

Cons

- Can be a bit difficult to get to without a car

Pros

BPC cares about all of their employees and has done a great job managing through the pandemic. The culture is great and you really want to come to work every days.

Cons

Only thing I would have to say is a bit more transparency from upper management would be greatly appreciated.
