Pros

Up to Year 2019 the company used the latest technology stack, had good build and deployment processes. The services were built in a generic way, to be hosted in any kind of environment

Cons

Too many changes in the Development stack which may be not 100 % of company's fault, often running over budget

Things are finally turning around

Pros

I've been working for the company for nearly 4 years and I've seen it all, the good and the bad. I'm pleased to say that things are changing for the better. There's way less turnover than before, and now, with the new management team, the company is more focused and more excited about what they're doing, as well as how they're doing it. There is a lot of change on the technical side of the company, but it makes it all the more exciting.

Cons

I don't know of any obvious cons for this company. It is going through a lot of change right now, but the outlook is very positive and health. It might seem somewhat challenging at times, but the management is trying hard to make the transition work as smoothly as possible.
