Really smart people (lots to learn) Great collaborative culture inside teams Good software with potential Great overall culture with random snacks, software release parties, free coffee/pop, drink and snacks party every other Friday (see cons on the same point) Good work life balance Good management (hopefully does not change again)
Cons
Too many changes in upper level management in last 3 years Career opportunities are very limited as it is a small company No pay raises and minimal bonus in last 3 years In recent times, company culture is eroding and fewer random snacks etc. Seems like new management does not understand Blueprint's culture or wants to change it to save a few bucks. Drinks and snacks from every week down to bi-weekly or sometimes once in 3 weeks now. Employee retention is bad Product management/Sales/R&D/Testing/Accounting/HR/Marketing has had a lot of people leave the company in the last one year
