      Pros

      Free food and unfortunately, that’s about it.

      Cons

      They’re the worst company to work for. If you aren’t in senior management, you’ll be mistreated and your ideas will not be considered.

      Pros

      - Still new company and positive/growing vibe (caring about employees, participating to communities outside the company, etc) - CEO shows his face and talks in front of the entire employees every two weeks. - Great people to work with and collaborative work culture

      Cons

      - Not enough support from IT - Management focus only on new business None of those are critical though

      Pros

      It used to be a friendly and multicultural place. Good health insurance, decent PTO. Temporarily WFH.

      Cons

      Company is very secretive about the future decision and what is going on in the headquarter. They take some very awkward moves and it usually it ends up badly for everyone in the floor. Also, lot’s of micromanaging. Every time they offered some “cool” things, soon it’s cancelled for “too many interested and no work getting done” or they will request that you use PTO. Your ideias aren’t important, so why to even try to grow in your position?
