- We're going after a HUGE market - We're solving a real world problem, and our clients love us for it - Company's growth strategy is focused, and delivering great results - The Team is truly A+... having worked at other tech companies, this matters more than anything - Collaboration is natural, people are proactively helpful - Culture is outcomes oriented... positive, open, direct, no politics... most folks I've worked with are at BlueVine to stretch themselves, grow and deliver results - Professional growth opportunities abound...take on as much responsibility as you can handle, and get recognized and compensated for it...

- More conference rooms would be nice

I'm just proud to be part of this journey. We're small but growing steadily and smartly, while building a company that's addressing an important need of small business owners. I work with smart, dedicated people who really want to make a difference.

Cons

There are growing pains, of course. But we're building a culture where people can comfortably and confidently raise issues about any aspect of our work and mission.

- Culture and the people are top notch! More than makes up for the long commute! - Good work/ life balance - Kudos to the people/ culture team for fostering a great work environment -- I look forward to coming into work everyday!

Cons

- As the company has grown substantially over the last year, it's increasingly hard to find a good parking spot!
