Friendly and collaborative culture with resources to advance personal and professional development. Interesting work with flexible in-office hours and the freedom to take on new challenges based on interest. Several opportunities for advancement and growth. Senior management is also very open to new ideas and initiatives.

Cons

Small team sizes mean employees must be versatile experts from day 1. Very limited support staff (in some cases, none), so actual responsibilities often fall outside the scope of designated roles or job titles. Overall compensation (especially annual bonus percentage) seems to be below market across business units.

No matter what pros it has, the cons are enough to not join this company.

Cons

No set process to proceed with the low performers. They just terminate anyone they want out of the blue moon with wage reasons which are not true. Top management of India office has ruined the complete environment of the company and India office. India management is trying to make it like a boarding school and not a company which has great working environment where people love to work. The hiring includes only 20% people who has skills and experience rest of the people feels like how they even cleared the interview without knowing how to speak in english.
