      Great Company with Exciting Growth

      Pros

      - The company growth is amazing in terms of product, sales performance and internal growth. It's already doubling the size of employees since I started working a year ago - Great company culture. The HR department is working hard to be more engage with the employees. They have many fun and interactive programs / events that create this positive atmostphere within the company, such as softball/basketball league, healthy lifestyle challenge, etc. - As in many startup culture, the management and especially the CEO are overall very humble and approachable by anyone in the company. Plus they care about the development of employees by providing many training and any helps needed to achieve the company's goal.

      Cons

      - Nothing much, just need to stock more food, snacks and refreshment as it's gone faster because of more employees added to the company each day.

      Pros

      Super flexible schedule Pet-Friendly Full of smart people Managers listen to their team They have a culture team that tries to host monthly events Generous PTO Great location (across from train and also tons of places to eat/grab a drink) They do have weekly catered lunches - it would be nice to have more, but they also have snacks in all their kitchens

      I have heard from other teams, that some managers are not understanding They are running out of space in their office as the team keeps growing - getting a little hectic We are a startup, so as any startup, we experience those pains, but isn't that why you join a startup? To grow with them and build this together?

      Pros

      Overall experience has been positive. Growing up in a family small business, I'm especially proud of my role in helping small business owners with every day with working capital financing solutions. The company has grown tremendously and I look forward to what's in store for the future!

      Cons

      Typical growing pains associated with a company with our growth trajectory. Some recent turnover on the sales front but none to be considered "regrettable".
