      Pros

      Great group of people. Those of us who worked on the floor were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They provided free snacks and stipends for lunch for the days in office which was nice. Lots of team building.

      Cons

      Day-to-day was very regimented and micromanaged -- Nature of call-centers I suppose. There was a lot of talk about lateral movement and mobility in the beginning, but layoffs felt fairly common so it never felt like a stable enough position to grow from. I found a position that suited me better and sure enough they had another layoff inside 3 weeks after I left (making 2 in 6 months.)

      Bluevine is a fantastic place to work, filled with great people who are welcoming and value each other’s contributions. The collaborative environment fosters a strong sense of teamwork, and I always felt supported in my role. It’s clear that the company prioritizes creating a positive culture, where individuals are given opportunities to grow and thrive.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, the company has experienced three rounds of layoffs, which has been challenging for the team. It seems these layoffs may be a result of forecasting challenges and the company adjusting to market conditions. While the work environment is strong, the frequent restructuring has made some employees uncertain about the company's future stability.
