Pros

Great work-life balance, full transparency and company meetings very often. Really paying attention to the worker's personal needs even if it's not work related.

Cons

Promotions are often made just in order to improve salary but professionally you might continue doing the same things. The general mood is a little bit "old" and company activities often have "restrictions".
