Pros

Bluevine takes care of their employees and tries hard to ensure that they have everything they need to be successful.

Cons

The company is very disjointed and work/life balance suffers because of it. Each department works at their own speed and on their own projects instead of collaborating together and making things easier.

BlueVine prioritizes it's people. They genuinely care about their employees and are always coming up with the best ways to show their appreciation, including loads of amazing benefits. In my personal experience, BlueVine really cares about both your personal and professional growth and provide the resources you need to set you up for success. I continue to learn so much from the people at BlueVine. No matter my experience or role, when I speak up in team meetings, I feel heard and that my opinion matters.

Cons

I have no true cons for BlueVine except that when you're part of a larger team or organization, it's easy to feel like you're not getting the recognition you deserve.
