Thank you for sharing your comments about Bluevine. Bluevine does have a hybrid work model in place for Bluevine employees for many roles. Being in office together two-days a week is important for communication, engagement, learning, collaboration, and innovation. We have designed a hybrid program to allow for employee flexibility and to optimize the in-person site experience.

Pros

The people are amazing! Everyone I've met and encountered thus far is so nice and welcoming! BV has been doing a really good job of making everyone feel connected and important both as a part of the whole company but also as a team/department personnel.

Cons

Honestly ...nothing as of yet. I'm still a BV rookie lol

Pros

I’ve loved my work at Bluevine. When there were lots of industry layoffs it seems Bluevine did it’s best to keep everyone on board. I’m happy with my position and the opportunities it has given me. I have grown so much here.

Cons

With this being a start up you really have to be passionate about the company and it’s vision. If it’s not something you are passionate about it can be easy to start feeling burned out by the constant changing of policies and procedures. Sometimes there are changes that really don’t make a lot of sense. Sometimes being in risk can be stressful with Bluevine being an online fee free bank. KYC procedures seem to be lackluster.
