Cons
When I think about my career (even beyond Bluevine), every company has their cons. Since cons are very subjective, allow me to express my opinion. I can honestly say this is the best place I've ever worked. I have an excellent manager, my team is great, and I love the company. It is the perfect balance of start-up culture while making sure all decisions are calculated. My only con is that I wish our RWC office had more decorations on the walls, but we are surrounded by natural light from all of the windows, so I can settle for looking at the trees instead of the walls.
