I like Bluevine because the culture is so warm and inviting. I like the people I work with and I get pleasure from helping our clients

Cons

The pay could be a little better but that is not a deal breaker for me

Lack of promotion and incentives after tenure. Seems they there is a decent amount of turnover among executives
