It has been amazing working at Bluevine, I love the growth and learning opportunities. Everyone is super supportive and collaborative when it comes to troubleshooting and solving problems.

Cons

There are a lot of challenges, but my colleagues have been more than supportive. Really like the company culture.

Pros

I love working for bluevine. I feel the management at all levels cares about the company AND their employees. They really go out of their way to find balance with the business as well as their employees. I've learned a great deal, and look forward to continuing to learn. I also feel they provide a very valuable and needed service for small and medium sized businesses, and I'm hopeful that they will become the go-to standard for business banking services in the near future.
