- Thoughtful leadership - transparency on "the why" - Awesome Exec Team! - People first - the leaders care - Great opportunities for Growth - Great sense of community - Competitive pay - Awesome swag! Best zip up hoodies in the industry - Amazing locations (I work out of the RWC office. Right in the heart of downtown!)

Cons

When I think about my career (even beyond Bluevine), every company has their cons. Since cons are very subjective, allow me to express my opinion. I can honestly say this is the best place I've ever worked. I have an excellent manager, my team is great, and I love the company. It is the perfect balance of start-up culture while making sure all decisions are calculated. My only con is that I wish our RWC office had more decorations on the walls, but we are surrounded by natural light from all of the windows, so I can settle for looking at the trees instead of the walls.

I recently made the move to Bluevine after a decade long career at a large regional bank. All I can say is that I should have made the move a long time ago. I have absolutely loved Bluevine's culture. Unlike my prior company where corporate politics ran deep, I have yet to see any politics at Bluevine. Everyone's sincerely trying to help move the company forward. Collaborate is at the heart of Bluevine's culture, which is something I absolutely love. I'd absolutely recommend Bluevine to anyone looking to join a fun, fast, and rewarding company.
