BlueVine prioritizes it's people. They genuinely care about their employees and are always coming up with the best ways to show their appreciation, including loads of amazing benefits. In my personal experience, BlueVine really cares about both your personal and professional growth and provide the resources you need to set you up for success. I continue to learn so much from the people at BlueVine. No matter my experience or role, when I speak up in team meetings, I feel heard and that my opinion matters.

Cons

I have no true cons for BlueVine except that when you're part of a larger team or organization, it's easy to feel like you're not getting the recognition you deserve.

Engineering management is very unprofessional which results in delays, tension among workers and lack of ability to hire or preserve talent. Direction of product and technical roadmap is very vague and unclear, expectations are low and technical decisions are not made professionally but rather politically which directly affects the quality of the application
