Pros

There is a culture of high work standards. Testing and code quality are not dirty words. I've been sent to multiple conferences(both as speaker and attendee). Online courses are encouraged and often reimbursed. Rigorous debate tightens processes. This is apparent in design reviews, which are very much about bullet proofing and asking important honest questions.

Cons

With growth comes growth pain. There are challenges that arise from a company multiplying in size and business volume over a relatively short period.

Work- life balance is good.

Cons

Very poor management with no prior management background, nothing is done to improve. They use talented people for under their level work. It feels like management itself doesn't want to work there. Lots of hidden unemployment.

No matter what pros it has, the cons are enough to not join this company.

Cons

No set process to proceed with the low performers. They just terminate anyone they want out of the blue moon with wage reasons which are not true. Top management of India office has ruined the complete environment of the company and India office. India management is trying to make it like a boarding school and not a company which has great working environment where people love to work. The hiring includes only 20% people who has skills and experience rest of the people feels like how they even cleared the interview without knowing how to speak in english.
