      1. The company has a great leverage in terms of communication, you can reach out to any department managers, directors etc. The company is very open for communication and people are here to listen you. 2. Collaborative work culture, team works very closely with each other and are open to give feedbacks and suggestions. 3. Great working Environment, people are friendly and welcoming. 4. Since it's a growing company a one can have a great chance to strive and flourish in their career path.

      Cons

      I have not felt any Cons yet, to be specific if someone can manages with the shift timings because company works as per the U.S scheduling and it might be concerning for some people.
