Pros

The company is very understanding of people’s needs. They seem to listen and care about each employee. They have great commission and awesome prizes, including a trip to Mexico for top managers and sales reps.

Cons

It is a retail job so you will get a wide variety of customers to walk in. Some are great people, others, not so much. Overall, though, I imagine that’s any job.
