Only a $2 raise from your pay wage as a rep, and $400 possible in bonuses. No PTO for assistant managers, you’re basically a glorified rep that they can yell at when the store manager is off. The upper management has god complex’s where if you try to explain why something transpired and they don't like your answer you will be terminated if you have any previous write ups. Any time your store has a bad day, upper management will find any and everything to nitpick you for. Company has favorites and will keep someone who’s doing terrible at the store to fire someone who stands up for themself. Upper management will berate and belittle you if you don’t stroke their ego or beg them for forgiveness for something that isn’t even your fault. They will cuss you out and drain your energy during their store visits and expect you to be happy to see them when they visit. Whenever the upper management does visit, she yells at the employees in front of customers and makes the customers feel so uncomfortable that they ask the employees if she’s “always like that” which she is. When you greet the upper management, she will ignore you. If you don’t greet the upper management, she complains that we don’t respect her. The upper management will visit and do nothing to help the store generate sales, instead she’s in the back office calling her boyfriend or outside smoking cigarettes. The company offers a “free lunch incentive” but when you meet the qualifications, they add stipulations if they don’t like your store so that way you won’t get the free lunch. Truly the worst upper management I’ve ever worked for. Assistant managers do not get any training when promoted from being a rep. Daily 3 pm call if you don’t meet 6% of conversion on your store traffic. On this call, they will threaten your job security, question your intelligence, and force you to enforce their bad practices (FRAUD). They want you to add extra lines to customers accounts with their secondary IMEI’s to inflate the company numbers and make them look good while the customers get charged an extra line set up fee of $20 for each line added. Upper management will look through your invoices and ask why you only sold one phone line to a customer instead of adding two even if the customer only needs one. I was forced to join a call every Monday and Friday (sometimes Thursdays too) even when I was off. There was a member of the upper management that was obsessed with being “number one” that she would get on these calls and make every manager and assistant manager on the call miserable at the start of their day and then expect “good morale” in the stores. This company is greedy and only cares about adding new phone lines to customer accounts. They do not care about their employees well being, nor do they care about their customers.
