Pros
Shifts aren't terrible, easy work, convenient location.
Cons
Where do I start? Upper management waits until the last week to release commission reports alongside commission checks. So good look budgeting bills with your substandard hourly. And HOPING you didn't get any unexpected chargebacks. Customers here are insufferable, want to make sales? Good luck wedging them in when 95% of your interactions are teaching someone how to use a self-pay kiosk, listening to someone complain, and repackaging a bill, tech support because BluFox doesn't get the same systems that actual Comcast/Xfinity use, or upgrades that give you $5 commission and wastes 2 hours because no one wants to transfer their own information. This isn't a sales job, this a consulting old people and continuously wasting time with pointless things. No time off with pay, No holiday pay. No bonuses, No benefits. Nothing is optimized/and the systems are archaic and crash regularly. Use this place as a stepping stone, and nothing else.
