Small, growing, family atmosphere and lots of growth on the way. My district has an amazing DM who is experienced, knowledgeable and more importantly he is great with his managers and is always willing to help in any way.

Cons

I'm going to be honest, i did change my life, the culture is amazing, the team is like a family, the DM he's great and a amazing leader. The best part about this job is a life career, it has many opportunity to get promoted and be successful DM mohamed gave this opportunity to me to start this career as a rep and from there got to be a store manger and I'm wait for more opportunity to come in the future.
