Terrible management culture that tries to get it right by forcing employees to read sales books, but never integrates the messages into the actual sales floor. The whole place is a facade. Awful awful awful customers. This is the worst place to work if you want to be treated with respect and decency.

Training is non-existent, no discounts with Xfinity, insurance is not that good, pay rase is not given, instead you are reminded that your commission is your raise. HEAVY focus on Mobile, but keep forgetting about their other products, no huddle to learn what is new (only way is to check a website on your own). Over time is so prohibited that you can get a write up, no "moving up" from with-in, they like to hire new people and "train" them on Teams. BluFox likes to refer itself as a "small company" and its absolutely not as it is opening stores left and right. No paid vacation (unless a manager and above and even then its like 5 hours a month). Black out dates are sometimes a month long and there is no (paid) maternity leave.
