This is a great place to work, decent salary, and it is a growing company, fairly new, so you can grow with the company. There is not many people working as it is new, so not many work politics.

Cons

Not much feedback from management how you are doing, you have to learn it on you own since management is hardly there, good for people who like to work alone, and have less people around them
