Pros

Pay is better than most in Gaston Co. People are great! The work is not bad atleast in the Hinge dept

Cons

"Office politics" since change of mangmnt training is almost non existent. "Open door" policy but cant trust that what I talk about will stay private. Shunned if employee needs to use Fmla. Was great co before HR manager and president retired.
