Pros

Pays good, Benefits are decent, Clean work place.

Cons

Don't agree with some of there policies. They like to micromanage sometimes. The culture there is a lot different than I was use too. They give you plenty of vacation time but you had to use some of them when they wanted you too. You might get a week or so when you want to use them.

Pros

There are a few nice people in the plant. Not sure about the office because either they were not allowed or just did not want to interact . So i can by not speak his they are.

Cons

The company walks a fine line of discrimination rather it be gender, race or age. Women are paid significantly less than the men . I have personally witnessed age discrimination by move the senior employees in to position s that they know cant be handled so to make them quit. Management are very hateful even for the simplest of interaction.
