Pros
Bluware has an outstanding leadership team, and if you're smart and you work hard you will be recognized/rewarded and have a strong sense of personal achievement. Bluware's clients need solutions to very challenging problems. You will need to dig in and put your best effort forward, but at the end of the day you'll earn respect and go far. I cannot say enough nice things about this company - the salary/benefits are excellent and the people are a joy to work with.
Cons
There are infrequent opportunities to move between clients. Be very sure when you sign on that you enjoy the client and the type of work.
