Good work life balance, reasonably good pay when compared to the average IT pay in Norway, nice and friendly colleagues

Pros

friendly and approachable employees, formal but laid back environment (business casual dress code but it feels great to dress nicely), nice building with fitness center, all the free snacks you could ask for and a deli next door, flexible hours and work-at-home opportunities.

Cons

Onboarding into a corpration requires lots of hoops to jump through, the benefits package leaves a bit to be desired.
