Pros

The company has a great idea for the future of the product, the team has been growing together and has learned a lot with plenty of ups and downs over the past year. From this we have learned a lot and moving forward I fully expect things to be fantastic especially as we roll out new benefits.

Cons

There's Tech debt that we are dealing with but it's manageable
