Pros

1) We're a tight-knight company with a great product poised to take over the payments space. 2) We're friendly and strike a great balance between being work-oriented and laid back. We're somewhat flexible in our scheduling but manage to get everyone together just about daily and stay organized. 3) We have an office puppy who is the gentlest and most well-behaved dog you will ever meet. 4) All-star team. I've never worked with a better bunch of people. 5) Lots of opportunity as we are still on the ground floor. We've built the foundation for a skyscraper, and we are going to end up with a lot of corner office to fill. On top of skill and dedication, I just love these people and love what we're doing. I really didn't know that a job could be this good./

Cons

1) It was initially pretty disorganized as the CEO didn't have a tech background, but she has put the right team together and taken on additional execs who have been there and done that. The difference is night and day, and it just keeps getting better. 2) There is nowhere for non-performers to hide. We aren't an elitist bunch at all, but we do expect you to use your brain and put in the effort.

Pros

Fun people to work with even under lots of stress. The office is nice and expensive.

Cons

Company is just like any other text to pay company. Nothing special here. Most real talent gets fired or they leave. Expectation is to work over 60 hours a week for no reward at the end. Benefits are very minimal and promises of other benefits such as equity or stock options will never be fulfilled.

Pros

- Everyone here is passionate about the product, especially the CEO. It is definitely a product that will disrupt the FinTech industry. - Despite being a small startup where hard work is needed, all the leadership goes out of their way to make it a great place to work. (Stocked snack bar, frequent activities, and great equipment) - The development team has a high focus on professional development and everyone is willing to share knowledge if you ask for it - Best work/life balance of all the start ups I've worked at

Cons

- The only thing I can maybe say is that the benefits aren't the most amazing but for a start up they are really good. Better than all the other companies I've worked for... so its not really a con.
