BlytzPay gives everyone an opportunity to grow and get visibility with leadership. Everyone is tasked with job duties and projects that give you experience that you can't receive in other start-ups. The executive team and management teams are aligned and are great at giving direction. If you are looking for an opportunity to progress in your career quickly, this will give you the opportunity. Work hard really pays off.

Cons

Start-up is not for everyone. Make sure you have the ability to think outside the box and be able to work on your own. Con: Sometimes the FREE food gets low. :)

Pros

BlytzPay is a startup with big potential. It’s a startup that’s trying to change the pay people pay their bills for their convenience/ security. The CEO is a big personality who won’t take no for an answer, cares about employees and results. Startups aren’t easy but I’m lucky to be around great people. The risk is worth the reward but be ready to work hard.

Cons

Unfortunately, BlytzPay made some mistakes in early hiring. There were bad apples who have tried and continue trying to poison the well because they lacked work ethic and personal morals/integrity. CTO is lazy and unengaged making it necessary for engineers to fill in the gaps with out much direction. Lots of wasted time cleaning up old employee mistakes.
