IT is a mess, they are trying to fix, but it is been painful and slow. Benefits, PTO and Salary are not great

Plenty of opportunities to sample great product and work with great people. Amazing benefits. Family owned company.

Cons

Upper management lacks traditional corporate training and education and attempts cross training at the expense of the employees. When computers fail plan on 100 hour weeks.
