you have people that are A mechanic that are getting top pay and can not do everything that has to be done . then you got a C mechanic that does fork lifts, fire, door and works on anything else and he get less pay and no one to help him.

There are benefits. Theres one paid break and there is also no dress code except for management. There are occasional raises and a small possibility of advancement

Cons

Theres a lot of drama between coworkers. It like a high school environment, nosey coworkers, bad management, no paid lunch, hours getting cut, unprofessional leads
