Structured and some early clock out days with full day pay. Bonuses that stack over time.

Cons

You have to wake up at 4 am at the latest to be in, your coworkers will be a group of individuals who need counceling but will likely never get it, so you will end up in a box if you don't want to be a picky, 2 faced, biased, self centered jerk and it can get a little lonely after the aggression starts and the nit picking work done by you when you were already going as fast as you can.
