Great Benefits, Free Food, Good pay.

Cons

Favoritism is BAD. They don't care about the employees who are actually producing, they care about the ones sucking up. The executive office is a good ol' boys club. Don't expect to move up too high in the company if your a different race, gay, or a woman.

Good pay. Parties thrown for employees.

Cons

Office politics at its worst. Someone wanted me fired for not being a staunch christian republican. they went to HR every day with a different reason to fire me. She did the same to the last applicant I found out after being fired under false pretenses The day before she wanted me fired for calling off with bronchitis. Also, very hard to move up in the company without knowing someone.
